XpertMinds was built by people who've been in the chair—as CIOs, architects, and implementers. We don't just consult on SAP. We've lived it.
XpertMinds (formerly BestXperts) was founded in 2007 with a single conviction: that the best SAP consultants are those who understand the business first, and the technology second.
We began building our SAP Transportation Management practice at the very frontier of the technology. In May 2013, our team delivered the first fully integrated end-to-end SAP TM 9.0 implementation in the United States—a milestone that established our position at the leading edge of enterprise logistics technology.
Over 19+ years, we've maintained a relentless focus on two domains: SAP Transportation Management and S/4HANA. This specialization—rather than trying to be everything to everyone—is what allows us to deliver at a level of depth that generalist firms simply cannot match.
SAP's core TM development team in Walldorf relies on XpertMinds to drive and interpret requirements for the North American market. That's not a claim most consultancies can make.

Randy is the infrastructure and systems architect who ensures XpertMinds' implementations are not only functionally brilliant but technically unbreakable. With 33 years of deep experience in SAP Basis architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and S/4HANA, he operates at a level most firms simply don't have access to — and he has the stage presence to match.
Randy has presented individually and alongside SAP at Sapphire and TechEd, and has led technical delivery for everything from regional rollouts to global multi-tier implementations. His mastery spans on-premise and cloud environments, covering hosting, networking, database, and the full SAP technology stack. He is the reason XpertMinds' go-lives are stable from day one.

Anton is the strategic and functional mind behind XpertMinds. With over 24 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience, he is one of North America's foremost authorities on SAP Transportation Management — a recognized instructor for SAP Press, a frequent speaker at SAP Sapphire and TechEd, and a published author in the SAP Professional Journal, SCM Expert, and BI Expert.
His rare ability to bridge business and technology — speaking fluently to both executives and developers — has shaped the firm's identity. Anton has led complex, full-cycle TM and ERP implementations across Chemicals, Building Materials, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Logistics Service Providers. He was part of the team that delivered the first fully integrated end-to-end SAP TM 9.0 implementation in the United States in 2013.
Three practice areas, each led by experts who have operated at the highest levels of SAP and enterprise IT.
XpertMinds was built by seasoned SAP practitioners who have lived through the full arc of enterprise technology — from the early SAP R/3 era through S/4HANA. Our leadership team has served as CIOs, enterprise architects, and senior consultants at Fortune 500 companies before founding XpertMinds. This business-side experience is what sets our advice apart.
Our North American practice spans every major industry vertical with active SAP TM deployments — from $300M regional distributors to $45B global manufacturers. We have led full-cycle implementations covering road, rail, ocean, and parcel modes, and are recognized by SAP's core TM development team in Walldorf as a key driver of North American market requirements.
Our strategic advisory practice is staffed by former CIOs and IT directors who bring a rare combination of technical depth and business leadership. When we advise on SAP roadmaps and technology vision, we speak from personal experience of having sat in the chair — managing boards, budgets, and organizational change at scale.
